Position Summary
The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the administrative and leadership associated with all clinical operations of the home health agency. Additionally, this individual is involved in maintaining compliance with all home health care licensing regulations and the performance improvement program and CHAP accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical department, including Clinical Nurse Managers
• Ensure proper clinical supervision and coverage during all service hours
• Oversee staff development, including onboarding, training, and continuing education
• Monitor and improve client satisfaction and care outcomes
• Manage incident reporting and resolution processes
• Collaborate with staffing, scheduling, HR, and finance teams to meet organizational goals
• Maintain and enhance the agency’s performance improvement program
• Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding clinical staff
• Conduct employee evaluations and monitor performance goals throughout the year
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state home health regulations
• Maintain and update policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
• Experience in pediatric and/or young adult nursing
• Proven leadership experience in home health care
• Strong background in staff training, development, and clinical management
